According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, Kansas added 5,622 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Kansas counties, Johnson added the highest number of jobs (1,198), followed by Sedgwick (892), and McPherson (678).
