According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2019, North Carolina added -1,703 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg added the highest number of jobs (293), followed by Lincoln (110), and Robeson (94).
