According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Oregon added 8,277 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Oregon counties, Marion added the highest number of jobs (1,709), followed by Umatilla (804), and Clackamas (660).
