According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2019, Pennsylvania added 8,707 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny added the highest number of jobs (1,124), followed by Montgomery (800), and Westmoreland (660).
