According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2022, Kentucky added 14,299 number of jobs to the private natural resources and mining industry. Among Kentucky counties, Johnson added the highest number of jobs (28), followed by Hopkins (27), and Perry (22).
