According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2020, Minnesota added -1,317 number of jobs to the private natural resources and mining industry. Among Minnesota counties, Koochiching added the highest number of jobs (37), followed by McLeod (22), and Faribault (18).
