According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2020, Arizona added the highest number of jobs to the private natural resources and mining industry (5,541), followed by Florida (5,469), and Texas (3,915).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-14,229), followed by Washington (-8,840), and Oregon (-4,288).
