According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2020, New York added the highest number of jobs to the private natural resources and mining industry (3,198), followed by Florida (2,120), and Arizona (1,589).

On the other hand, Oregon added the least number of jobs (-3,975), followed by California (-2,773), and Texas (-1,510).
