According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2022, Louisiana added 1,702 number of jobs to the private construction industry. Among Louisiana counties, Ascension added the highest number of jobs (1,207), followed by East Baton Rouge (553), and Calcasieu (247).
