According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, Alaska added -4,340 number of jobs to the private manufacturing industry. Among Alaska counties, Petersburg added the highest number of jobs (25), followed by Southeast Fairbanks (3), and Prince of Wales-Hyder (1).
