United States Payroll Employment By State for The Private Manufacturing Industry in May, 2020

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2020, Indiana added the highest number of jobs to the private manufacturing industry (41,670), followed by Michigan (29,890), and California (24,577).

On the other hand, Virginia added the least number of jobs (-2,055), followed by Washington (-1,957), and Utah (-1,214).
