According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Alaska added 11,912 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Alaska counties, Anchorage added the highest number of jobs (2,070), followed by Denali (1,752), and Kenai Peninsula (1,562).
