According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2019, Alaska added 5 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Alaska counties, Matanuska-Susitna added the highest number of jobs (429), followed by North Slope (184), and Denali (79).
