According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, Alaska added 3,001 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Alaska counties, Anchorage added the highest number of jobs (995), followed by Kenai Peninsula (474), and Matanuska-Susitna (285).
