According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2019, Alaska added 1,546 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Alaska counties, Anchorage added the highest number of jobs (399), followed by Kenai Peninsula (179), and Fairbanks North Star (168).
