According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Massachusetts added 26,726 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Massachusetts counties, Barnstable added the highest number of jobs (5,791), followed by Middlesex (4,973), and Norfolk (3,361).
