According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2020, Alaska added 619 number of jobs to the private trade, transportation, and utilities industry. Among Alaska counties, Matanuska-Susitna added the highest number of jobs (139), followed by Anchorage (137), and Kenai Peninsula (116).
