According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2020, Alaska added 56,030 number of jobs to the private trade, transportation, and utilities industry. Among Alaska counties, Bethel added the highest number of jobs (157), followed by Matanuska-Susitna (143), and Aleutians West (88).
