According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2020, North Carolina added 8,652 number of jobs to the private trade, transportation, and utilities industry. Among North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg added the highest number of jobs (1,711), followed by Wake (1,200), and Cabarrus (770).
