According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2022, California added 40,559 number of jobs to the private agriculture, forestry, fishing and hunting industry. Among California counties, Monterey added the highest number of jobs (7,473), followed by San Joaquin (6,486), and Fresno (5,233).
