According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2023, New Mexico added 7,996 number of jobs to the private agriculture, forestry, fishing and hunting industry. Among New Mexico counties, Lea added the highest number of jobs (31), followed by Eddy (29), and Sandoval (11).
