According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to the private forestry and logging industry (610), followed by Idaho (293), and Oregon (174).

On the other hand, Maine added the least number of jobs (-140), followed by Georgia (-59), and Florida (-59).
