According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to the private forestry and logging industry (63), followed by Arkansas (31), and Minnesota (21).

On the other hand, Oregon added the least number of jobs (-69), followed by South Carolina (-57), and North Carolina (-56).
