According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, Indiana added the highest number of jobs to the private fishing, hunting and trapping industry (), followed by Massachusetts (297), and Louisiana (179).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-94), followed by Georgia (-51), and Oregon (-37).
