According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, West Virginia added the highest number of jobs to the private hunting and trapping industry (), followed by Florida (8), and Texas (7).

On the other hand, Georgia added the least number of jobs (-16), followed by Michigan (-10), and Virginia (-3).
