According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, Georgia added 67 number of jobs to the private mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction industry. Among Georgia counties, Wilkinson added the highest number of jobs (24), followed by Jefferson (13), and Oglethorpe (5).
