According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Montana added 225 number of jobs to the private mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction industry. Among Montana counties, Flathead added the highest number of jobs (60), followed by Lewis and Clark (39), and Rosebud (35).
