According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2020, New York added -409 number of jobs to the private mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction industry. Among New York counties, Albany added the highest number of jobs (46), followed by St. Lawrence (15), and Oswego (12).
