According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Ohio added 73 number of jobs to the private mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction industry. Among Ohio counties, Columbiana added the highest number of jobs (15), followed by Muskingum (15), and Lucas (13).
