According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2019, Washington added 40 number of jobs to the private mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction industry. Among Washington counties, Spokane added the highest number of jobs (18), followed by Snohomish (13), and Pierce (9).
