United States Payroll Employment By State for The Private Mining Quarrying And Oil And Gas Extraction Industry in August, 2022

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2022, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction industry (2,249), followed by North Dakota (436), and Illinois (272).

On the other hand, Nevada added the least number of jobs (-142), followed by Indiana (-70), and California (-60).
