According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2019, Louisiana added 1,495 number of jobs to the private construction industry. Among Louisiana counties, Terrebonne added the highest number of jobs (163), followed by St. Charles (129), and East Baton Rouge (114).
