United States Payroll Employment By State for The Private Construction Industry in March, 2022

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2022, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to the private construction industry (10,256), followed by Pennsylvania (8,488), and Ohio (8,172).

On the other hand, Mississippi added the least number of jobs (-434), followed by Vermont (213), and Maine (223).
