According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2019, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private heavy and civil engineering construction industry (3,327), followed by Louisiana (962), and Kansas (798).

On the other hand, Florida added the least number of jobs (-1,572), followed by Minnesota (-1,181), and West Virginia (-1,125).
