According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2020, California added the highest number of jobs to the private heavy and civil engineering construction industry (3,067), followed by Louisiana (1,997), and Texas (1,544).

On the other hand, Ohio added the least number of jobs (-1,109), followed by Indiana (-743), and North Dakota (-697).
