According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2019, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private highway, street, and bridge construction industry (870), followed by Minnesota (242), and Idaho (181).

On the other hand, Washington added the least number of jobs (-649), followed by New Jersey (-549), and Missouri (-362).
