According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2019, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to the private fiber, yarn, and thread mills industry (10), followed by Tennessee (8), and Rhode Island (3).

On the other hand, North Carolina added the least number of jobs (-86), followed by Alabama (-60), and South Carolina (-50).
