According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2020, California added the highest number of jobs to the private petroleum and coal products manufacturing industry (174), followed by Florida (65), and Alabama (26).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-147), followed by Maine (-127), and Ohio (-112).
