According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2022, Louisiana added the highest number of jobs to the private petroleum and coal products manufacturing industry (273), followed by Oklahoma (98), and Ohio (69).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-502), followed by Illinois (-372), and New York (-325).
