According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2019, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private primary metal manufacturing industry (243), followed by Alabama (157), and Indiana (113).

On the other hand, Georgia added the least number of jobs (-71), followed by Wisconsin (-65), and Oklahoma (-28).
