According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, Louisiana added the highest number of jobs to the private fabricated metal product manufacturing industry (49), followed by Kansas (23), and Washington (15).

On the other hand, Wisconsin added the least number of jobs (-1,445), followed by Illinois (-684), and California (-643).
