According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2019, Indiana added the highest number of jobs to the private transportation equipment manufacturing industry (812), followed by Washington (776), and California (765).

On the other hand, Michigan added the least number of jobs (-681), followed by Connecticut (-428), and Kentucky (-219).
