According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2019, Kentucky added the highest number of jobs to the private apparel and piece goods merchant wholesalers industry (81), followed by Texas (78), and New York (57).

On the other hand, Georgia added the least number of jobs (-91), followed by Pennsylvania (-74), and California (-68).
