According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2021, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private petroleum merchant wholesalers industry (233), followed by Georgia (148), and California (116).

On the other hand, Montana added the least number of jobs (-138), followed by Oklahoma (-34), and Nebraska (-24).
