According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2019, Wyoming added the highest number of jobs to the private building material and garden supply stores industry (-63), followed by Vermont (-66), and South Dakota (-80).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-2,217), followed by Pennsylvania (-2,122), and New York (-2,117).
