According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2020, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private building material and garden supply stores industry (3,299), followed by California (2,917), and Florida (2,232).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-226), followed by Massachusetts (-110), and Michigan (-71).
