According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2021, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private building material and garden supply stores industry (3,790), followed by California (2,089), and Ohio (1,915).

On the other hand, Hawaii added the least number of jobs (36), followed by Wyoming (61), and Vermont (68).
