According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2020, New York added the highest number of jobs to the private food and beverage stores industry (12,934), followed by California (8,662), and Florida (6,355).

On the other hand, North Dakota added the least number of jobs (-175), followed by Alaska (147), and Wyoming (152).
