According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, California added the highest number of jobs to the private general freight trucking industry (699), followed by Texas (475), and Arizona (239).

On the other hand, Arkansas added the least number of jobs (-76), followed by Michigan (-65), and Mississippi (-61).
