According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2021, Pennsylvania added the highest number of jobs to the private transit and ground passenger transportation industry (14,625), followed by New York (10,668), and Massachusetts (5,768).

On the other hand, Hawaii added the least number of jobs (-605), followed by Louisiana (-189), and Indiana (-53).
